Our Client in Chicago, IL (near Elmwood Park) is looking for a Temp-to-Hire Contract Administrator:
responsibilities for this position include; review and enter pricing and programs, ensure correct accrual of programs, invoicing of goods shipped. Review and process credits and check requests from outside vendors. Prepare or review profitability analysis as requested. Review monthly commissions to be paid and adjust as necessary. Other related responsibilities and special projects as needed. 3+ years’ bookkeeping & administrative, preferably in a sales environment. Intermediate MS Excel skills are required. SAP or similar ERP experience is a plus. This position is on a contract-to-hire basis.
