Our Client in Lincolnshire, Illinois (IL) is looking for a Payroll Compliance-Benefits Manager:
The Payroll Compliance/Benefits Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll compliance and benefits administration. Payroll rules & laws, review & reclassify job codes to maintain compliance, and develop procedures to improve internal controls. Pull documents and coordinate with auditors for Department of Labor Audits. Manage processes, and other related responsibilities. Must have federal & state compliance and Sarbanes Oxley knowledge. Must have solid understanding of Cobra, FLSA, Workers’ compensation, and multi-state experience. Bachelor’s degree is required; CEB certification is a plus. ADP Enterprise software experience and advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, v-lookups & pivot tables) are required; ADP Vantage knowledge is a plus.
